Know where your site teams will stumble, before the first participant

Site teams usually meet a study's hardest decisions for real: an eligibility edge case, a consent question, a safety reporting clock. When a team gets one wrong, you often learn about it at the first monitoring visit.

What we offer

  • Free: A free preview for one study: send its ClinicalTrials.gov number or EU CT number and we send four decisions your site staff will face, each traced to the registry line it comes from. No protocol, no confidentiality agreement, nothing to sign.
  • Free: Research sites and their staff never pay, for anything.
  • Paid work: The Study Start Readiness Check: staff at up to 5 of your selected sites work through short scenarios built from the public record, and you get a report by role across sites. Groups of fewer than five people are never reported.
  • Paid work: The Protocol Readiness Pilot: the same rehearsal on your locked protocol, under a confidentiality agreement, for the decisions the public record cannot test.

Pricing is shared on a short call, never in writing first.

Proof you can check

  • A finding. From 91 learners' practice decisions: most misses were partial rather than unsafe, and when people were wrong they were usually sure. Dated, with its sample size and caveats.
  • A sample report. What a readiness report looks like, on a fictional site with fictional people, labeled as fictional before anything else.
  • What it is scored against. Our own open standard, built on ICH E6(R3), published under CC BY 4.0 with a DOI. Our GCP course is listed on TransCelerate's GCP mutual recognition course list. Results are reported only for groups of five or more people.
  • Who uses the standard. Organizations that have told us they use CRLN-TRG-001, in a public register. Self-declared, and being listed does not mean we reviewed or approved a program.

How it works

  • Send us the study's NCT number or EU CT number with the form below.
  • We build a preview from the public record only: four decisions your staff will face, each traced to its registry line.
  • If it is useful, the Study Start Readiness Check runs it with your sites' staff and gives you a report by role.

What we never do

  • Touch patient or participant data of any kind.
  • Recruit, match or refer patients.
  • Show you a named person's results. You see groups of five or more people only.

Questions sponsors ask

What do we get?

A short report for one study: which decisions site staff are most likely to get wrong before activation, by role and by site, with the wrong answers given at high confidence called out. It ends with the questions the public record could not settle.

What do you need from us?

For the free preview, only the study's registry number. For the check, the registry number and a list of participating staff at up to 5 sites and 40 people. Nothing confidential.

How long does it take?

About two weeks to build and review the scenarios, a two week window for site staff, and the report five business days after the window closes.

Do you see or share individual results?

No. The report is aggregate only. Any group of fewer than five people is withheld, and staff see only their own results.

Is this a certification?

No. It is a readiness check against our own open standard, built on ICH E6(R3). We do not certify staff. Practicing professionals review our assessment items one at a time, and we publish how many have passed that review rather than making a claim about the whole.

Does it involve patients?

No. Scenarios are fictional and contain no patient data. We do not recruit, match or refer patients.
