Show your team is ready, not just trained.
Show your CRO or sponsor what your staff can actually do, not just what they completed. The CRLN Site Portal keeps your staff's GCP training records and expiry dates, shows who is ready for each delegated task, and gives your sponsor a readiness record they open with one link. It is free for every research site, permanently. Sponsors and CROs have their own offer further down.
For research sites
Show your CROs and sponsors your team is ready, not just trained.
Feasibility questionnaires ask what training your staff completed. CRLN lets you show what they can actually do, scored against ICH E6(R3), in a record your CRO or sponsor opens with one link.
A 90 second tour of the Site Portal
A fictional site, start to finish: the team roster, training records and expiry dates, results by skill, delegation readiness for a study, a finding with its retraining record, and the readiness record a sponsor sees.
Opens the real portal on a fictional site. No sign up, nothing saved.
- This is the CRLN Site Portal demo. The site and everyone on it are fictional.
- No sign up and no email. Nothing you do in the demo is saved or sent.
- Team shows everyone on staff, with their role and how they joined.
- People who have not signed in yet wait here. CRLN reminds them for you.
- The roster lists each person's GCP training, with the earliest problem first.
- Training records show each required course, when it was done and when it expires.
- Certificates that expire soon are listed first, so nothing lapses by surprise.
- Results by skill are for the site's administrators only.
- They show how many staff are trained and have practiced in each competency domain.
- For each study, see who is ready to be delegated each task, and who needs practice first.
- Record a monitoring finding. The people involved get practice in the matching skills.
- The retraining record shows who practiced after the finding, and when. Ready for your CAPA file.
- The readiness record you share with a sponsor shows group results only. No names.

Questions research sites ask
Is there a free tool to show a sponsor that my site staff are ready?
Yes. The CRLN Site Portal is free for every research site, with no tiers, no seats and no trial. Your staff practice realistic trial decisions scored against ICH E6(R3), and you share a readiness record that your CRO or sponsor opens with one link, without an account.
How do I show a sponsor my team is ready, not just trained?
A training certificate shows attendance. The Site Portal adds what each person has shown in practice, by competency domain, scored against ICH E6(R3) and mapped to CRLN-TRG-001, our own open standard, built on ICH E6(R3). Attach the evidence pack to a feasibility questionnaire or show it at a selection or initiation visit.
Can the Site Portal track GCP training and expiry dates for my staff?
Yes. Training records list each required course for each person, when it was done and when it expires. Training that expires soon is listed at the top, so nothing lapses by surprise.
Can it show who is ready to be delegated a study task?
Yes. For each study, the Studies tab shows who is ready to be delegated each task and who needs more practice before taking it on, so the delegation log is backed by evidence the person can do the work.
Can it help with retraining after a monitoring finding?
Yes. Record the finding, and the people involved are assigned practice in the matching skills. The retraining record then shows who practiced after the finding, and when, ready for your CAPA file.
What does a sponsor see about my staff?
Group results, never names. The readiness record a sponsor opens shows results for the team as a group. Results by person and by skill stay with your site's administrators.
Can I look around before I sign up?
Yes. The demo opens the real Site Portal on a fictional research site, with no sign up and no email, and nothing you do in it is saved or sent. A short captioned tour video is on this page too.
What does the Site Portal cost a site?
Nothing. Sites never pay. Sponsor-funded studies and licensed aggregate data fund CRLN, and aggregate data is never row-level and never identifying: it is reported for groups of five or more people.
Nothing. No tiers, no seats, no trial.
Sites never pay. Sponsor-funded studies and licensed aggregate data fund CRLN. Aggregate data is only ever in groups of five or more: never row-level, never identifying, and anyone can opt out.

Find out where your sites will stumble on your protocol, before first patient in.
Every site team on your study rehearses your protocol in simulation before activation. You get a report showing which steps they get wrong, while a clarification letter can still fix them.
